(Undated) – The Illinois State Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Cumberland County man. According to the ISP, fifty-five-year-old Ryan Waggoner of Lerna was last seen at his residence on Friday, June 2nd. Waggoner is described as 5 foot 8 inches and approximately 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Waggoner is known to have a black and white Border Collie dog, by the name of Oliver, with him.
