(Undated) – A Martinsville man was transported via Air Evac following a Tuesday accident in Rural Robinson. According to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department, Tuesday afternoon around 4 pm, Terry Benton of Robinson in his ’08 Ford rear-ended Jerry Chapman’s ’05 Chevy causing Chapman’s vehicle to leave the road, and strike a ditch before coming to rest in a creek. Chapman was transported to the hospital and both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. United Life Care Ambulance Service, the Robinson Fire Protection District, and Crawford County Rescue assisted at the scene.
