Oblong Volleyball Team Picks Up Win

(Oblong) – The Oblong Lady Panthers Varsity Volleyball Team picked up a straight sets win over North Clay 25-10, 25-22. Head Coach, Pam Johnson, says the girls played solid in the first set and despite getting behind in the second set they kept their composure to get the win. Layla Krick finished with 7 kills, 2 aces, and 6 digs. Macy Krick added 6 kills, 1 ace, and 9 digs. Ava Patchett finished with 11 digs. With the win, the girls improved to 22-5 overall. They are 4-0 in the conference. They will be back in action tomorrow for a home contest against Lawrenceville.
