Gas Prices Slip Lower Over the Weekend

(Undated) – Gas prices slipped lower over the weekend. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is down a nickel from Friday to $3.14 a gallon. Here in the Land of Lincoln, the statewide average is $3.37 a gallon, also down a nickel. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is down seven cents a gallon to $3.06. Mississippi has the lowest prices in the nation at $2.69 a gallon, down two cents. California has the highest statewide average at $4.57 a gallon, down four cents from Friday.
