Trump Wins the County and Safety Tax Referendum Fails

(Undated) – The 2024 General Election is in the books and locally there were no real surprises. Donald Trump won Crawford County in the race for President. There were three contested County Board seats up for grabs and those went to Michael Delaney in District 1, Joseph Campanella in District 2, and John Goff in District 3. The other marquee item on the ballot was the Crawford County Safety Tax Referendum which failed overwhelmingly with 6,235 “No” votes and 2,307 “Yes” votes.
