(Undated) – As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday gas prices continue to trend lower. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.05 a gallon, down three cents from a week ago. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $3.16 a gallon, down six cents from last Friday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is $2.94 a gallon, down twelve cents from a week ago. Oklahoma has the lowest prices in the nation at $2.48 a gallon, down three cents from a week ago. California has the highest statewide average at $4.41, three cents lower than last Friday.
