RHS Girls and Boys Fall in Weekend LIC Action

(Undated) – The RHS Lady Maroons finished in 4th place in the Girls LIC Tournament Friday, falling to Paris 45-34. Tensley Dunlap led RHS with 15 points in the loss. The Lady Maroons will back on the hardwood tonight for a home rematch against Paris. Tipoff is set for around 7 p.m. and you can catch all of the action on 101.7 WTYE and WTYEfm.com. Elsewhere in weekend high school hoops action, the RHS Boys Basketball team came up short in their opening round contest of the Boys LIC Tournament falling to the Olney Tigers 78-42. With the loss the boys fall to the “consolation bracket” and will square off against Marshall this evening at 6 p.m.
