Gas Prices Slip Lower Over the Weekend

(Undated) – The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded fell over the weekend. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.06 a gallon, down a nickel from Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has fallen four cents from Friday to $3.21 a gallon. Across the river in Indiana, the statewide average is $2.93 a gallon, three cents lower than Friday. Oklahoma drivers are paying the lowest prices in the nation with an average of $2.63 a gallon. Those in California are paying the highest prices at $4.39 a gallon, three cents lower than Friday.
