(Undated) — The National Weather Service is warning the public about bitterly cold weather as bitterly cold air will remain over the area through Friday night. They have issued a “Cold Weather Advisory” which goes into effect at 9 p.m. tonight and will remain in effect until 9 a.m. tomorrow. They say the dangerously cold wind chills, as low as twenty below zero, could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as thirty minutes.
