Maroons Pick Up a Pair Wins Saturday

(Robinson) — The RHS Baseball Team picked up a pair of wins on Saturday. In the day’s first game, the Maroons doubled up Carmi-White County 10-5. Marcus Nantz pitched three and a third innings striking out seven, walking five, and giving up one run on two hits. In game two of the day, RHS rolled to a 9-3 win over Bismarck-Henning. Grayson Brown pitched four and two-thirds innings striking out six, giving up two runs on four hits, and walking one. The Maroons improve to 3-0 on the season. They will be back in action Thursday when they host Sullivan, Illinois with a 4:30 p.m. first pitch.
