BBB “Scam Tracker” is a Great Resource to Avoid Scams

(Undated) – There will always be someone trying to make a quick, dishonest buck. The Better Business Bureau has a tool that can help you stay ahead of the scammers. BBB Investigator, Don O’Brien, says their “Scam Tracker” is a great way to track what scams are hot in your area. According to the BBB, since its inception in 2015, more than four hundred and ninety-six thousand scams have been reported to Scam Tracker. Scams can take the form of online shopping fraud, phishing scams, “virtual vendor” scams, investment scams, and even “puppy scams”.
