Gas Prices Fall From a Week Ago

(Undated) — Gas prices are down from a week ago. According to GasBuddy.com, last Monday’s national average was $3.22 a gallon. This morning they are hovering around $3.14 a gallon. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $3.40 a gallon, an eight-cent decline from a week ago. In Indiana, the statewide average is $3.11 a gallon, a fifteen cent drop from last Monday. Oklahoma has the lowest average in the country at $2.67, a nickel lower than the beginning of last week. Meanwhile, California has the highest average at $4.82 a gallon, also down a nickel from a week ago.
