Robinson/Palestine Water Commission Announces Hydrant Flushing

(Undated) – The Robinson/Palestine Water Commission has announced its upcoming hydrant flushing schedule. Flushing will run from October 1st in the Northeast section of Robinson through October 24th in Palestine. Officials remind customers that the flushing of hydrants will temporarily cause discoloration in the water. They say while the water is safe to consume, you may want to run faucets until the discoloration disappears, especially before drinking. You are also reminded to hold off on laundry while the discoloration is present.
