(Undated) – An Effingham man was sentenced to time in the IDOC during a Crawford County court appearance last week. Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, is reporting that Daniel Martin was sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections followed by six months of mandatory supervised release on the charge of Criminal Trespass to a Residence. This sentence will run concurrently with a sentence imposed in Effingham County. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
