Countywide Burn Ban Has Been Lifted

(Undated) – Crawford County authorities have lifted the recent burn ban. According to Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, after consulting with various fire chiefs, it has been decided to cancel the county-wide burn ban. Officials say we have received enough recent rainfall to allow the lift of this ban. Here at the Classic Hits, WTYE studio, we have recorded more than inch of rain since Friday.
