Oblong Chamber Announces “Valentine’s Fundraiser Dinner”

(Oblong) – The Oblong Chamber of Commerce is continuing to work on bringing a concert and event pavilion to downtown Oblong. According to the Chamber, while there is a plan “coming together,” money is needed and they are highlighting the first of their fundraisers. The Oblong Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a “Valentine’s Fundraiser Dinner” at the Oblong Municipal Building Friday, February 7th. All proceeds will go toward the Mini Park Project. Tickets are $20 per person and include a meal catered by Kaye Holscher. Ticket holders will be able to choose between 5 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at several downtown locations or you can call the Oblong Chamber of Commerce for more details.
