(Robinson) – The latest class of RHS Hall of Famers will be inducted this weekend. This year’s induction ceremony will include a couple of familiar names to the WTYE listening audience. Former “Voice of the RHS Maroons” and former owner of WTYE, Jerry Tye, will be among those honored. Current “Voice of the Maroons” and Robinson Mayor, Mike Shimer, will also be inducted in this year’s class. Joining Tye and Shimer are Robin McCarter and Denise Jobe. The induction will take place this Saturday during halftime of the Varsity Boys Basketball game. After the Varsity game, there will be a small reception on the 3rd Court. Tip-off for Saturday’s game against T-Town is set for 1 p.m.
